The Comstock House will be hosting Authour and Coptic Minister Denise Iwaniw for an evening of "Angels all around." These sessions will start back up in January and are held on the 4th Thursday of every month (Jan - Oct). Pricing

Generally our pricing is by the hour.  $50/hr 50 people and under

                                                    $55/hr 50 people and over

• The rental time will also need to include set up and clean up.  We set up the tables and chairs and take them back down, you are also not required to sweep or mop. 
• You may bring in your own food or use any caterer you would like.
• Seating is limited and if you would like everyone seated at one time without renting the whole house about 56 people is the maximun number to keep it comfortable. If not everyone needs to be seated and they will be coming and going we are rated to have no more then 92 people here at one time.
• If you are looking at a whole house rental that is not a wedding function then those generally have a starting price of $650.00.
